Commercial & Facilitator License
Effective date: 3 June 2026
This Commercial & Facilitator License explains the additional rights that apply when Commercial & Facilitator License rights are included in an applicable Bonivade offer, checkout wording, license option, paid add-on, upgrade, commercial offer, or written agreement.
This license is separate from the Standard License and does not create Team / Organization License rights.
1. Status of this license
The Commercial & Facilitator License is a broader license-rights layer that may be offered as a license tier, license option, paid add-on, upgrade, commercial offer, checkout option, or written license arrangement.
It applies only if those rights are included in the applicable Bonivade offer, checkout wording, license option, paid add-on, upgrade, commercial offer, or written agreement.
The Standard License does not include these commercial or facilitator rights unless the customer has purchased or received them through an applicable Bonivade offer, checkout wording, license option, paid add-on, upgrade, commercial offer, or written agreement.
2. Relationship to the Standard License
The Standard License continues to apply except where this Commercial & Facilitator License expressly grants broader rights.
If this Commercial & Facilitator License does not expressly grant a broader right, the Standard License restrictions and other applicable Bonivade terms continue to apply.
This Commercial & Facilitator License expands permitted use by the license holder. It does not transfer ownership of Bonivade materials and does not allow redistribution, resale, sublicensing, white-labeling, repackaging, public upload, or creation of competing products.
3. Commercial license rights and upgrade
Bonivade may offer Commercial & Facilitator License rights as part of a Bonivade purchase, as a paid add-on, as an upgrade from a valid Standard License purchase, as a commercial offer, through checkout wording, or through a written agreement.
A Bonivade purchase that includes Commercial & Facilitator License rights grants the product-use rights and commercial/facilitator rights included in the applicable offer.
A Commercial & Facilitator add-on or upgrade changes the applicable license rights. It does not automatically provide new files, a new package, product updates, future versions, replacement files, revised files, expanded files, expanded content, new delivery routes, or future product expansion unless the applicable offer expressly says so.
4. License activation and proof
This license becomes valid only when the customer has a purchase, license option, paid add-on, upgrade, commercial offer, checkout record, order record, or written agreement showing that Commercial & Facilitator License rights apply.
The customer is responsible for keeping the relevant receipt, order record, checkout record, commercial offer, license-option record, paid-add-on record, upgrade record, or written agreement as proof of the license.
If there is uncertainty about whether this license applies, Bonivade may require relevant license evidence before recognizing Commercial & Facilitator License rights.
5. License holder
By default, the Commercial & Facilitator License is granted to one named license holder / one facilitator.
If a business, agency, company, or organization purchases Bonivade with these rights, the license applies to one named individual license holder unless the applicable Bonivade offer, checkout wording, license option, paid add-on, upgrade, or written agreement expressly includes broader rights.
Additional seats, multiple facilitators, multi-user use, team-wide use, agency-wide use, organization-wide use, internal library use, or independent employee use are not included in the default Commercial & Facilitator License and require a separate Team / Organization License or written agreement.
6. Permitted commercial and professional use
The named license holder may use Bonivade commercially and professionally to apply Bonivade to real client, customer, business, website, offer, sales, checkout, onboarding, or buyer-flow contexts.
Permitted commercial and professional use may include:
-
paid client audits;
-
consulting projects;
-
client-facing analysis;
-
diagnostic reviews;
-
paid diagnostic work;
-
professional review of pages, offers, buyer flows, checkout steps, sales conversations, or getting-started experiences.
This permission allows the license holder to use Bonivade with or for others. It does not allow others to receive Bonivade as their own independent resource.
7. Client work and deliverables
The license holder may deliver their own client-specific work product created from permitted use of Bonivade.
Allowed client deliverables may include:
-
findings;
-
reports;
-
diagnostic conclusions;
-
recommendations;
-
implementation notes;
-
action plans;
-
client-specific workshop outputs;
-
client-specific analysis.
Client deliverables may not include the Bonivade materials themselves as standalone client assets, internal client resources, prompt files, card sets, templates, libraries, worksheets, training packs, or reusable systems.
Client deliverables must not allow the client or client team to use Bonivade independently as a system unless a separate Team / Organization License or written agreement grants that right.
8. Facilitated workshops and sessions
The named license holder may use Bonivade in facilitated workshops, guided review sessions, internal alignment sessions, client sessions, and group walkthroughs led by the license holder.
Participants may see selected concepts, selected excerpts, brief examples, selected screenshots, or controlled displays during a facilitated session.
Participants do not receive independent rights to use Bonivade after the session or to access Bonivade materials as their own resource.
Facilitated use is allowed only while the license holder leads or controls the application of Bonivade. Independent team use is controlled by Section 11.
9. Courses, videos, webinars, presentations, and recordings
The named license holder may use Bonivade as a reference framework in courses, videos, webinars, presentations, workshops, recordings, or public/private teaching contexts, subject to controlled-display limits.
Allowed teaching and presentation use may include:
-
limited excerpts;
-
selected concepts;
-
selected screenshots;
-
brief examples;
-
explanatory use;
-
controlled display of selected Bonivade concepts or examples.
Screenshots and recordings must be limited and controlled. They must not disclose enough of the cards, prompts, text, or system structure to recreate, replace, or substitute for Bonivade.
The license holder may teach through Bonivade, but may not make Bonivade itself the course, module, handout, downloadable resource, substitute product, or product being sold.
10. Attribution and public use
Attribution is required when Bonivade concepts, screenshots, excerpts, cards, or methodology are shown in public teaching, public videos, webinars, public presentations, recorded public-facing content, or other public-facing use.
Attribution must clearly identify Bonivade as the source of the referenced Bonivade methodology, concepts, excerpts, screenshots, cards, or materials.
Private client work does not require attribution unless Bonivade excerpts, screenshots, cards, or materials are visibly included, or unless the applicable Bonivade offer requires attribution.
Public use must not imply Bonivade endorsement, certification, partnership, approval, or official authorization beyond the purchased license.
The license holder may not describe themselves as Bonivade-certified, Bonivade-approved, an official Bonivade partner, or officially authorized by Bonivade unless Bonivade separately grants that permission in writing.
11. Team and organization use boundary
The Commercial & Facilitator License may allow facilitated exposure to Bonivade in a team, company, agency, client, or organization context when led by the named license holder.
It does not allow independent team use, employee self-use, multi-seat use, agency-wide use, organization-wide use, internal library use, internal wiki/LMS/Notion/Drive distribution, or continued independent use of Bonivade by participants after a session.
Those rights require a separate Team / Organization License or written agreement.
The core distinction is:
-
Commercial & Facilitator License allows the named license holder to use Bonivade with or for others.
-
Team / Organization License allows multiple people inside an organization to use Bonivade themselves.
12. AI tool use
The named license holder may use Bonivade with AI tools only for permitted commercial, professional, client, or facilitator analysis under this license.
The license holder is responsible for AI tool terms, privacy settings, confidentiality obligations, client-data handling, and any restrictions that apply to the materials or client content used with an AI tool.
This license does not allow AI training, fine-tuning, dataset building, GPT wrappers, automations, SaaS products, reusable tool creation, prompt libraries, or competing products based on Bonivade materials.
13. Strict prohibitions
The Commercial & Facilitator License does not allow the license holder to:
-
resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly upload, white-label, repackage, or transfer Bonivade materials;
-
present Bonivade as the license holder’s own system;
-
remove ownership notices, licensing notices, or rights information;
-
create a derivative methodology that substitutes for Bonivade;
-
create prompt libraries, datasets, AI training materials, fine-tuning materials, software, automations, GPT wrappers, SaaS products, tools, frameworks, commercial resources, or competing products based on Bonivade materials;
-
turn Bonivade cards, texts, prompts, logic, examples, screenshots, files, or system materials into a course module, template pack, downloadable resource, internal client library, or reusable training system;
-
give clients, participants, students, employees, contractors, team members, or audiences independent rights to use Bonivade unless a separate Team / Organization License or written agreement grants those rights.
14. No transfer of ownership
Bonivade remains owned by Bonivade.
This license grants broader use rights only. It does not transfer ownership of the Bonivade System, Bonivade materials, card logic, system logic, text, prompts, files, images, offline reader, brand, or intellectual property rights.
15. No guaranteed results, support, or future access
This license does not guarantee client outcomes, revenue, conversion improvements, workshop results, profit, business improvement, customer results, or any specific commercial result.
Unless separately stated in the applicable Bonivade terms or offer, Bonivade does not promise future updates, future versions, replacement files, revised files, expanded files, expanded content, hosted access, Bonivade customer dashboard or purchase-account access, subscription access, lifetime access, ongoing file access, ongoing support, new formats, new delivery platforms, or future product expansion.
16. Refund and license effect
Refunds are controlled by the applicable Refund Policy, Terms of Purchase, checkout process, applicable Bonivade license terms, applicable offer, written agreement, and any mandatory statutory rights that apply.
If a Bonivade purchase that includes Commercial & Facilitator rights is refunded, both product-use rights and commercial/facilitator rights for the refunded purchase end.
If only a Commercial & Facilitator add-on or upgrade is refunded, only the commercial/facilitator rights granted by that add-on or upgrade end. Standard License rights remain only if the underlying Standard License purchase remains valid and was not refunded.
After a refund, the customer must stop future commercial/facilitator use and remove publicly displayed Bonivade excerpts or materials where reasonably controllable, subject to applicable law and platform realities.
