Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Bonivade handles personal data in connection with Bonivade.com, purchases, license-rights options or upgrades where applicable, contact forms, support requests, refund requests, privacy requests, general inquiries, newsletter signup, cookies, and similar website technologies.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with the Bonivade Cookie Settings page, Contact page, Terms of Purchase, Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee, and applicable Bonivade license terms where relevant.

1. Bonivade identity

Bonivade is operated by:

Bonivade OÜ
Registry number: 17512678
Legal form: OÜ / private limited company
Registered address: Ahtri tn 12, Tallinn, 15551, Estonia

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, Bonivade OÜ is the entity responsible for handling personal data in connection with Bonivade.com, unless another provider acts independently under its own terms.

Bonivade does not publish internal ownership, shareholder, director, E-Residency Hub, administration, or contact-person details unless legally required or separately published by Bonivade.

2. Privacy contact

For privacy or data-rights requests, contact:

privacy@bonivade.com

3. Personal data Bonivade may handle

The personal data Bonivade handles depends on how you interact with Bonivade.com and which website, purchase, contact, newsletter, or support routes you use.

Website visits

When you visit Bonivade.com, the website platform and related technologies may process technical data needed for website operation, security, page loading, cookie or consent choices, forms, analytics, advertising, search performance, or similar website functions where those technologies are used.

Bonivade uses Wix / WIX CMS as the website platform layer.

Cookie and similar-technology information is described in the Bonivade Cookie Settings page.

Contact form and general inquiries

The Contact page includes a contact form for general inquiries.

The form asks for first name, last name, email address, and message content. It is handled through Wix, may be stored in form submissions or contacts, and routes messages to hello@bonivade.com.

Authorized site administrators may access those submissions to review and respond to the inquiry. Spam, security, or CAPTCHA protection may apply when a security or spam signal is detected.

If you contact Bonivade by email for a general inquiry, Bonivade may handle your email address, message content, and any information you choose to include.

Purchases and digital delivery

Purchases through Bonivade.com are completed through the checkout route made available by Bonivade at the time of purchase. Bonivade uses Lemon Squeezy as the checkout, payment, digital delivery, refund, tax, invoice, order, and related purchase-processing layer where that checkout route is active.

When you purchase Bonivade materials, purchase, checkout, payment, tax, invoice, receipt, order, refund, download, customer-order, license-rights, license-option, and access-related data may be handled through the applicable checkout and payment process.

Bonivade does not assume that it receives full payment details unless the applicable checkout provider makes those details available to Bonivade.

Exact checkout provider behavior, data visibility, export, deletion, correction, receipt behavior, download access, customer-order access, license-rights records, license-option records, purchase or upgrade records, refund behavior, chargeback behavior, checkout cookies, and checkout tracking may depend on the applicable checkout provider and checkout setup.

License purchases, upgrades, inquiries, and written agreements

If Commercial & Facilitator License rights, a Commercial & Facilitator add-on or upgrade, Team / Organization License rights, a license inquiry, license exception, written permission, broader-rights request, or written agreement is requested, purchased, or arranged, Bonivade may handle personal data and business-contact data needed to review, process, administer, or document that license or request.

This may include, where applicable, the named license holder / facilitator, business, agency, company, or organization name, role or title, contact person, purchase or upgrade records, prior purchase evidence, license entitlement evidence, Team / Organization inquiry details, named seats or covered users, seat count, department, team, agency, organization, or licensed-scope details, written agreement correspondence, legal/license interpretation correspondence, license exceptions or permissions requests, and access-control or covered-user records.

Bonivade may use this information to process license-rights options, purchases, add-ons, and upgrades, identify the named license holder / facilitator, administer Team / Organization covered users and licensed scope, verify license entitlement, handle license interpretation, permissions, exceptions, written agreements, broader-rights requests, purchase, access, support, refund, termination, or license-effect issues, enforce applicable license terms, and help prevent misuse.

Support, access, and refund requests

When you contact Bonivade for purchase support, receipt questions, download or access support, refund support, or a Practical Use Guarantee request, Bonivade may handle the information submitted in that request.

This may include the purchase email address, order or receipt reference if available, support message content, refund request content, and any information you choose to provide to explain the issue.

For Practical Use Guarantee requests, you may provide the real application context, a short explanation of how Bonivade was attempted, and a short explanation of why usable practical diagnostic value was not produced.

You do not need to disclose confidential full client materials to make a request. Where appropriate, a request may be based on a clear description, excerpt, screenshot, or summary.

Privacy and data-rights requests

When you send a privacy or data-rights request, Bonivade may handle the information needed to receive, review, and respond to that request.

Bonivade may need information to verify your identity, understand the request, or locate relevant records.

Newsletter signup and email-list handling

Bonivade offers an optional newsletter signup.

Newsletter signup asks for an email address and includes a newsletter subscription checkbox. After submitting the form, you will be asked to confirm your email address before the subscription is completed.

Newsletter signup details are handled through Bonivade’s website signup tools, Wix Contacts/Subscribers, confirmation emails, unsubscribe links, and related email-list functionality where the newsletter signup route is active.

Bonivade newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link in the email footer.

Buying Bonivade materials, receiving a receipt or download, requesting a refund, or contacting support does not automatically add you to the newsletter or marketing email list unless a separate newsletter signup or consent process applies.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Bonivade may process personal data for the purposes described below, depending on how you interact with Bonivade.com and which services, contact routes, purchase routes, or signup routes you use.

  • Website operation and security: to operate Bonivade.com, load pages, maintain security, manage forms, support cookie or consent choices, and keep the website functioning.

  • Contact and support: to receive, review, route, and respond to general inquiries, purchase-support requests, access-support requests, refund requests, Practical Use Guarantee requests, and privacy or data-rights requests.

  • Purchases and digital delivery: to support checkout, payment, receipt, order, tax, invoice, refund, download, access, license-rights records / license-option records, and related purchase functions where a purchase route is used.

  • License administration and written permissions: to process license purchases and upgrades, identify the named license holder / facilitator where applicable, administer Team / Organization covered users and licensed scope where applicable, verify license entitlement, handle license interpretation, permissions, exceptions, written agreements, broader-rights requests, support, refund, termination, or license-effect issues, enforce applicable license terms, and help prevent misuse.

  • Newsletter signup and email-list handling: to manage newsletter signup, subscription confirmation, email-list records, unsubscribe handling, and related email-list questions where you choose to sign up.

  • Cookies, consent, analytics, advertising, and similar technologies: to support cookie or consent choices, website analytics, advertising or campaign measurement, conversion measurement, search performance, and similar website functions where those tools are enabled and applicable.

  • Legal, operational, and compliance purposes: to comply with legal obligations, handle disputes or chargebacks, maintain records, protect legitimate operational interests, and respond to lawful requests.

Bonivade may rely on different legal bases depending on the context, such as performing or preparing to perform a purchase or service request, complying with legal obligations, consent where consent is used, and legitimate operational interests where applicable.

The specific purpose and legal basis may depend on the type of interaction, the data involved, the tools or providers used, and applicable law.

5. Provider and tool layers

Bonivade relies on provider layers to operate the website, receive emails, respond to requests, manage newsletter signup, and operate cookie or consent choices. Bonivade uses Lemon Squeezy to process purchases, administer license-rights records, license-option records, purchase records, or upgrade records where applicable, deliver digital products, and handle related checkout functions where that checkout route is active.

The current or planned provider layers include:

  • Wix / WIX CMS and related Wix services for the website platform, contact form, newsletter signup, subscriber/contact records, and website analytics, including Wix Analytics;

  • Google Workspace for public mailbox routes;

  • Usercentrics for Wix / Cookiebot for Wix for cookie and consent-management functions;

  • Lemon Squeezy for checkout, payment, delivery, refund, tax, invoice, order, and related purchase functions;

  • other analytics, advertising, search-performance, or similar website tools where enabled.

Provider roles, provider locations, processor terms, sub-processors, transfers, and related legal or compliance details may depend on the providers and tools used.

6. Cookies, consent, analytics, advertising, and tracking

Cookie and similar-technology information is described in the Bonivade Cookie Settings page.

Bonivade uses a cookie and consent-management layer for the website. The current consent-management layer is Usercentrics for Wix / Cookiebot for Wix.

Bonivade uses Wix Analytics for website analytics. Where enabled and aligned with the actual website setup, Bonivade may also use Google Analytics, Google Ads / Google tag, Google Search Console, or similar website tools.

Google Analytics, Google Ads / Google tag, and related tools may involve analytics, advertising, campaign measurement, conversion measurement, remarketing, or similar functions where enabled. Google Search Console is generally a search performance and site verification tool, not a generic tracking pixel, unless a separate runtime tracking behavior is identified.

Actual cookie names, categories, durations, consent-management behavior, consent logging, blocking behavior, preference-change mechanisms, analytics behavior, marketing behavior, conversion tracking, and checkout-related tracking may depend on the actual website, checkout, newsletter, and consent setup.

7. Public contact routes and mailboxes

Bonivade uses the following public contact routes. These public mailbox routes use Google Workspace.

  • hello@bonivade.com — general inquiries, pre-sale product questions, and newsletter or email-list questions;

  • support@bonivade.com — purchase, receipt, download, access, refund, and Practical Use Guarantee support;

  • privacy@bonivade.com — privacy and data-rights requests;

  • legal@bonivade.com — license interpretation, exceptions, written permissions, broader rights, Commercial & Facilitator questions, Team / Organization arrangements, legal/company correspondence, and written-agreement matters.

Internal/company email addresses must not be used as public-facing legal, support, privacy, refund, newsletter, product-support, or contact addresses unless Bonivade separately publishes them.

8. Bonivade-side AI processing

Bonivade-side AI processing of customer, support, lead, refund, order, submitted-material, or newsletter data is not active unless Bonivade separately implements and discloses it.

This does not limit your own responsibility for any AI tools you choose to use with Bonivade materials under the applicable Bonivade license terms.

9. Retention

Bonivade keeps personal data only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, including website operation, contact handling, purchase processing, digital delivery, support, refund handling, Practical Use Guarantee review, privacy-request handling, legal, operational, or compliance purposes.

Retention may vary by data category. For example:

  • contact-form and general inquiry records may be kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain appropriate communication records;

  • purchase, receipt, refund, tax, invoice, order, delivery, license-rights records / license-option records, license-upgrade records, and access-related records may be kept for as long as needed for purchase administration, license administration, refund handling, tax, accounting, legal, operational, or compliance purposes;

  • support, access, Practical Use Guarantee, license inquiry, license exception, written permission, broader-rights request, and written-agreement records may be kept for as long as needed to review the request, maintain appropriate records, and handle related legal, license, or operational issues;

  • privacy and data-rights request records may be kept for as long as needed to process the request and maintain appropriate compliance records;

  • newsletter or email-list records may be kept while the subscription or related email-list handling remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward where needed to document unsubscribe, consent, or compliance handling;

  • cookie, consent, analytics, advertising, and similar-technology records may be retained according to the relevant website setup, provider settings, consent-management setup, and applicable legal requirements.

Specific retention periods may depend on the type of interaction, the tools and providers used, legal obligations, operational needs, refund or support handling, privacy-request handling, and applicable law.

10. Data-rights requests

Privacy and data-rights requests should be sent to:

privacy@bonivade.com

Bonivade will review privacy and data-rights requests according to applicable law.

Bonivade may need information to verify the requester’s identity, understand the request, or locate the relevant records.

The ability to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or otherwise act on data may depend on applicable law, provider systems, and the relevant purchase, support, email, checkout, website, or newsletter records.

Where applicable, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection supervisory authority, including the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate if applicable.

11. International transfers and provider locations

Bonivade may use providers that process or store data in different countries, depending on the website, checkout, email, support, newsletter, cookie, analytics, advertising, or other tools used.

Provider locations, sub-processors, transfer mechanisms, and related safeguards may differ by provider and service.

Where personal data is transferred internationally and safeguards are required by applicable law, Bonivade relies on appropriate provider terms, transfer mechanisms, or other safeguards according to the provider setup and applicable legal requirements.

Specific provider locations, processor terms, transfer mechanisms, and safeguards may be further described or updated when provider documentation and legal requirements are reviewed.

12. Security and access

Bonivade aims to use reasonable access and security measures appropriate to the tools, providers, and operational setup used for Bonivade.com, purchases, support, refund handling, privacy requests, newsletter signup, and related services.

The specific measures may depend on the providers, mailbox setup, access permissions, website setup, checkout setup, and operational process.

Bonivade does not publish detailed security controls or provider safeguards in this Privacy Policy unless they are appropriate for public disclosure.

13. Children or minors

Bonivade is not directed to children.

Bonivade is intended for people using the product in a business, professional, or purchase-decision context.

If you believe that a child has provided personal data to Bonivade, contact privacy@bonivade.com so the request can be reviewed.

14. Updates to this Privacy Policy

Bonivade may update this Privacy Policy when the website setup, Lemon Squeezy checkout process, license purchase or upgrade flow, provider tools, cookie or tracking setup, newsletter or lead-capture flow, contact routes, support/refund process, or legal/compliance requirements change.

Updates to this Privacy Policy do not create a right to product updates, future versions, replacement files, revised files, expanded files, hosted access, Bonivade customer dashboard or purchase-account access, ongoing file access, or ongoing support.
