Bonivade Buyer Resistance System

System for Auditing and Removing Buyer Resistance Before Purchase

Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee

Last updated: 1 July 2026

This Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee explains when a refund request may be considered for Bonivade.

Bonivade package purchases are delivered as downloadable materials. This policy is not a generic satisfaction guarantee.

1. Digital product and delivery

Bonivade is a digital product.

Where an order includes a full purchase of the Bonivade Buyer Resistance System v1.1 package, the customer receives a download route or access route for the downloadable Bonivade materials delivered for that package. For the current Bonivade Buyer Resistance System v1.1 package, the delivered ZIP is Bonivade_Buyer_Resistance_System_v1.1.zip.

Where an order consists only of a license-rights upgrade to Commercial & Facilitator License v1.1 for an existing Standard License holder, the order upgrades or records the applicable Commercial & Facilitator License rights only. It does not include a new Bonivade package, a new ZIP delivery, additional product files, replacement files, expanded content, or a new product-delivery route unless the applicable offer expressly says otherwise.

Bonivade.com hosted account access, membership access, customer dashboard access, subscription portal access, cloud-library access, ongoing file access, and ongoing support are not included unless separately stated in the applicable Bonivade terms.

2. Practical Use Guarantee

The Practical Use Guarantee is a practical-use-based refund route. It is not a generic satisfaction guarantee.

A refund request under the Practical Use Guarantee may be considered only when the customer has attempted to use Bonivade on a real page, offer, message, buyer flow, checkout step, sales conversation, getting-started experience, or other real purchase-decision point, and explains why the system did not provide usable practical diagnostic value.

The Practical Use Guarantee is tied to practical use of Bonivade on real material. It does not automatically cover simple non-use, change of mind, failure to have time to use the product, or purchase by a customer who does not have a real page, offer, message, buyer flow, or other purchase-decision context to apply it to.

For a license-rights upgrade order, the Practical Use Guarantee is assessed against the customer’s attempted use of Bonivade within the upgraded license-rights context, not against delivery of a new package or additional product files.

3. Refund request time window

Refund requests under the Practical Use Guarantee must be submitted within 14 days after purchase.

This 14-day period is a commercial Practical Use Guarantee window. It does not limit any mandatory statutory consumer or digital-content rights that may apply under applicable law.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund under the Practical Use Guarantee, contact:

5. What to include in a refund request

A Practical Use Guarantee refund request should include:

  • the purchase email address;

  • the order or receipt reference, if available;

  • the real page, offer, message, buyer flow, checkout step, sales conversation, getting-started experience, or other purchase-decision context the customer attempted to use Bonivade on;

  • a short explanation of how the customer attempted to use Bonivade;

  • a short explanation of why the customer believes Bonivade did not provide usable practical diagnostic value.

The customer does not need to disclose confidential full client materials to make a request. Where appropriate, the request may be based on a clear description, excerpt, screenshot, or summary.

6. Access failure, failed download, missing receipt, or license-rights record issue

If the customer cannot access purchased materials for an order that includes package delivery, cannot download the files for that order, or cannot find the receipt, download link, or order confirmation, the issue should first be handled as an access-support issue through:

For a license-rights upgrade order, the support issue may concern the order, receipt, license-rights record, or upgrade record rather than a file download.

An access issue, failed download, missing receipt, or license-rights record issue is not automatically treated as a Practical Use Guarantee claim unless Bonivade separately determines that it qualifies under the guarantee.

Access or record support may be handled through the available delivery, access, order, checkout-provider, or license-record routes for the order. This policy does not create a separate right to new delivery routes, manual redelivery outside those routes, ongoing file access, replacement files, additional product files, or future versions.

If, after reasonable support review, Bonivade cannot make the purchased materials available through the available delivery or access routes where package delivery applies, Bonivade may review the order for a refund through the applicable purchase or refund process.

If the issue concerns an order, receipt, upgrade record, or license-rights record, Bonivade may review the issue through the available order, checkout-provider, license-record, purchase, or refund process.

7. Duplicate purchase handling

A confirmed accidental duplicate purchase may be eligible for refund of the duplicate order after review and confirmation.

8. Change of mind and non-use

Simple non-use is not covered by the Practical Use Guarantee.

Change of mind is not covered by the Practical Use Guarantee.

The Practical Use Guarantee does not promise refunds for reasons such as:

  • the customer bought Bonivade but did not use it;

  • the customer changed their mind;

  • the customer does not have time to use it;

  • the customer expected a course, template pack, coaching service, or different product type;

  • the customer does not have a real page, offer, message, buyer flow, or other purchase-decision context to apply it to.

This section does not limit any mandatory statutory consumer or digital-content rights that may apply under applicable law.

9. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If a customer opens a chargeback or payment dispute, the handling of that dispute may depend on the applicable payment, checkout, and dispute process.

A chargeback or payment dispute is separate from a Practical Use Guarantee request.

10. Refunds and license effect

If a refund is issued for a base Bonivade purchase governed by the Standard License, the customer’s license to use the refunded Bonivade materials ends and the customer must stop using those refunded materials, subject to this Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee, the Terms of Purchase, the applicable Bonivade license terms, any applicable broader license terms, and any mandatory statutory rights that apply.

If only a Commercial & Facilitator add-on or upgrade is refunded, only the commercial/facilitator rights granted by that add-on or upgrade end. Standard License rights remain only if the underlying Standard License purchase remains valid and was not refunded.

If Team / Organization rights are refunded, cancelled, terminated, expired, or not renewed, those Team / Organization rights end. Any remaining rights depend only on any separate valid Bonivade license and the applicable Bonivade terms.

Any refund-related effect on download links, order access, order status, access records, access permissions, or related platform behavior may depend on the applicable purchase and refund process.

11. Statutory consumer and digital-content rights

This Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee does not limit any mandatory statutory consumer or digital-content rights that a customer may have under applicable law.

Statutory consumer rights, digital-content withdrawal or cancellation rules, and any required customer acknowledgement may apply depending on the customer, transaction type, delivery or license-rights record, and applicable law.

If Bonivade relies on any consent, acknowledgement, or checkout confirmation connected to immediate digital delivery, access, or loss of a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right, that consent, acknowledgement, or confirmation must be collected through the applicable checkout or delivery process. It is not implied by this Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee, the Terms of Purchase, or mere use of Bonivade.com.

12. No future-access or support promise

This Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee does not create product rights, access rights, support rights, update rights, or expansion rights that are not included in the purchase.

Unless separately stated in the applicable Bonivade terms, checkout wording, license option, paid add-on, upgrade, applicable offer, applicable Team / Organization arrangement, or written agreement, this Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee does not include or create any right to:

  • future updates;

  • future versions;

  • replacement files;

  • revised files;

  • expanded files;

  • expanded content;

  • hosted access;

  • Bonivade customer dashboard or purchase-account access;

  • subscription access;

  • lifetime access;

  • ongoing file access;

  • ongoing support;

  • future AI command-file updates;

  • future card updates;

  • future system revisions;

  • new formats;

  • new delivery platforms;

  • future product expansion.

A technical correction, checkout-provider action, refund-related platform action, or provider-side file handling does not, by itself, create a right to updates, replacement files, revised files, new delivery routes, manual redelivery, ongoing file access, or future versions unless the applicable Bonivade terms state otherwise.
