Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee
Last updated: 3 June 2026
This Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee explains when a refund request may be considered for Bonivade.
Bonivade is a digital product delivered as downloadable materials. This policy is not a generic satisfaction guarantee.
1. Digital product and delivery
Bonivade is a digital product.
After purchase, the customer receives a download route or access route for the downloadable Bonivade Buyer Resistance System materials delivered for the purchased version.
Bonivade.com hosted account access, membership access, customer dashboard access, subscription portal access, cloud-library access, ongoing file access, and ongoing support are not included unless separately stated in the applicable Bonivade terms.
2. Practical Use Guarantee
The Practical Use Guarantee is a practical-use-based refund route. It is not a generic satisfaction guarantee.
The Practical Use Guarantee is a practical-use-based refund route. It is not a generic satisfaction guarantee.
A refund request under the Practical Use Guarantee may be considered only when the customer has attempted to use Bonivade on a real page, offer, message, buyer flow, checkout step, sales conversation, getting-started experience, or other real purchase-decision point, and explains why the system did not provide usable practical diagnostic value.
The Practical Use Guarantee is tied to practical use of Bonivade on real material. It does not automatically cover simple non-use, change of mind, failure to have time to use the product, or purchase by a customer who does not have a real page, offer, message, buyer flow, or other purchase-decision context to apply it to.
3. Refund request time window
Refund requests under the Practical Use Guarantee must be submitted within 14 days after purchase.
This 14-day period is a commercial Practical Use Guarantee window. It does not limit any mandatory statutory consumer or digital-content rights that may apply under applicable law.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund under the Practical Use Guarantee, contact:
5. What to include in a refund request
A Practical Use Guarantee refund request should include:
-
the purchase email address;
-
the order or receipt reference, if available;
-
the real page, offer, message, buyer flow, checkout step, sales conversation, getting-started experience, or other purchase-decision context the customer attempted to use Bonivade on;
-
a short explanation of how the customer attempted to use Bonivade;
-
a short explanation of why the customer believes Bonivade did not provide usable practical diagnostic value.
The customer does not need to disclose confidential full client materials to make a request. Where appropriate, the request may be based on a clear description, excerpt, screenshot, or summary.
6. Access failure, failed download, or missing receipt
If the customer cannot access the purchased materials, cannot download the files, or cannot find the receipt or download link, the issue should first be handled as an access-support issue through:
An access issue, failed download, or missing receipt is not automatically treated as a Practical Use Guarantee claim unless Bonivade separately determines that it qualifies under the guarantee.
This policy does not promise manual redelivery outside the available delivery or access routes.
If, after reasonable support review, Bonivade cannot make the purchased materials available through the available delivery or access routes, Bonivade may review the order for a refund through the applicable purchase or refund process.
7. Duplicate purchase handling
A confirmed accidental duplicate purchase may be eligible for refund of the duplicate order after review and confirmation.
8. Change of mind and non-use
Simple non-use is not covered by the Practical Use Guarantee.
Change of mind is not covered by the Practical Use Guarantee.
The Practical Use Guarantee does not promise refunds for reasons such as:
-
the customer bought Bonivade but did not use it;
-
the customer changed their mind;
-
the customer does not have time to use it;
-
the customer expected a course, template pack, coaching service, or different product type;
-
the customer does not have a real page, offer, message, buyer flow, or other purchase-decision context to apply it to.
This section does not limit any mandatory statutory consumer or digital-content rights that may apply under applicable law.
9. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If a customer opens a chargeback or payment dispute, the handling of that dispute may depend on the applicable payment, checkout, and dispute process.
A chargeback or payment dispute is separate from a Practical Use Guarantee request.
10. Refunds and license effect
If a refund is issued, the customer’s license to use the refunded Bonivade materials ends, and the customer must stop using those materials, subject to this Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee, the Bonivade License Terms, the Terms of Purchase, and any mandatory statutory rights that apply.
Any refund-related effect on download links, order access, order status, access records, or related platform behavior may depend on the applicable purchase and refund process.
11. Statutory consumer and digital-content rights
This Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee does not limit any mandatory statutory consumer or digital-content rights that a customer may have under applicable law.
Because Bonivade is a digital product delivered through a download route or access route after purchase, statutory consumer rights, digital-content withdrawal or cancellation rules, and any required customer acknowledgement may apply depending on the customer, transaction, and applicable law.
12. No future-access or support promise
This Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee does not create product rights, access rights, support rights, update rights, or expansion rights that are not included in the purchase.
Unless separately stated in the Bonivade Terms of Purchase, License Terms, or applicable Bonivade offer, Bonivade does not promise future updates, future versions, replacement files, revised files, expanded files or content, future system or card revisions, hosted access, Bonivade customer dashboard or purchase-account access, subscription access, lifetime access, ongoing file access, ongoing support, new formats, new delivery platforms, or future product expansion.
A technical correction, checkout-provider action, or provider-side file handling does not, by itself, create a right to updates, replacement files, revised files, new delivery routes, or future versions unless the applicable Bonivade terms state otherwise.
