Terms of Purchase
Effective date: 3 June 2026
These Terms of Purchase apply to purchases of the Bonivade Buyer Resistance System and any related license-rights option, paid add-on, upgrade, or written purchase arrangement made available by Bonivade through Bonivade.com or the applicable checkout process.
These Terms explain the purchase-level rules for the digital product, checkout, delivery, payment, access, license reference, refund reference, support route, and related purchase boundaries.
These Terms do not replace the applicable Bonivade license terms or the Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee. The detailed license rules and refund rules are controlled by those separate terms and policies.
1. Seller / business identity
Bonivade is operated by:
Bonivade OÜ
Registry number: 17512678
Legal form: OÜ / private limited company
Registered address: Ahtri tn 12, Tallinn, 15551, Estonia
These Terms do not include internal ownership, governance, administration, shareholder, E-Residency Hub OÜ, or contact-person details unless legally required or separately published by Bonivade.
2. Product purchased
The underlying product/package is the Bonivade Buyer Resistance System.
Bonivade is a digital product delivered as downloadable materials for the purchased version.
The customer’s license rights may differ depending on the applicable offer, checkout wording, license option, paid add-on, upgrade, or written agreement.
3. Package contents
The v1.1 delivery package is identified as buyer-resistance-system-v1-1.zip and is described as one downloadable ZIP package containing:
-
Buyer Resistance System (PDF);
-
Buyer Resistance System Images (JPEG);
-
Offline Reader (HTML);
-
Buyer Resistance System Text (TXT);
-
AI System Audit Command (TXT);
-
AI Card Audit Command (TXT).
These public-facing package labels are used for customer clarity and do not create an update policy, replacement-file promise, expanded-content promise, or future-access promise.
4. Price and payment
The applicable price is the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
The current Bonivade Buyer Resistance System purchase is offered as a one-time payment digital product.
Separate license options, paid add-ons, upgrades, or team/organization arrangements may have separate pricing if offered.
Bonivade does not include subscription access unless a subscription is separately offered and expressly stated at checkout or in the applicable offer.
Taxes, VAT, invoice availability, payment method, receipt behavior, and payment processing details may depend on the applicable checkout and payment process.
5. Checkout and delivery
Purchases through Bonivade.com may be completed through a Lemon Squeezy hosted checkout page or another checkout route separately made available by Bonivade.
Checkout, payment, order, receipt, delivery/download, refund, tax/VAT, and invoice-related processing may be handled through the applicable checkout provider where relevant.
After successful checkout and payment processing, the customer receives a download route or access route for the downloadable Bonivade materials delivered for the purchased version.
A license option, paid add-on, or upgrade may change the applicable license rights without changing the delivered product package. It does not automatically provide a new product package, new files, updates, future versions, replacement files, revised files, expanded files, expanded content, new delivery routes, or future product expansion unless the applicable offer expressly says so.
Bonivade.com hosted account access, membership area access, customer dashboard access, subscription portal access, cloud-library access, and ongoing file-access promises are not included unless separately stated in the applicable Bonivade terms.
6. License reference
A purchase gives the customer a license to use the purchased Bonivade materials under the applicable license-rights level purchased, expressly granted, or expressly included in the applicable Bonivade offer.
The default purchase is governed by the Standard License, which allows one purchaser / one individual user to use the Bonivade materials for the permitted uses described in the Standard License / License Terms.
Bonivade license architecture may include three license-rights levels:
-
Standard License — default individual use by one purchaser / one individual user;
-
Commercial & Facilitator License — broader commercial/facilitated-use rights for one named license holder / facilitator, only if included in the applicable offer, checkout wording, license option, paid add-on, upgrade, commercial offer, or written agreement;
-
Team / Organization License — broader internal multi-user / internal resource / team / agency / organization rights, only if included in the applicable offer, checkout wording, license option, paid add-on, team or organization offer, multi-seat arrangement, or written agreement.
The Standard License does not include Commercial & Facilitator License rights or Team / Organization License rights unless those broader rights are included in the applicable Bonivade offer, checkout wording, license option, paid add-on, upgrade, team/organization offer, multi-seat arrangement, or written agreement.
These Terms do not expand the license rights granted in the applicable Bonivade license terms.
7. Refund reference
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee.
The Practical Use Guarantee is practical-use-based. It is not a generic satisfaction guarantee.
Refund requests under the Practical Use Guarantee must be submitted within 14 days after purchase.
Simple non-use and change of mind are not covered by the Practical Use Guarantee unless mandatory statutory rights require otherwise.
Access failure, failed download, or missing receipt is handled first as an access-support issue.
Refund effects for Standard License, Commercial & Facilitator rights, add-ons, upgrades, Team / Organization rights, and written arrangements are controlled by the Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee and the applicable license terms, checkout wording, offer, or written agreement.
If a refund is issued for a base Bonivade purchase governed by the Standard License, the customer’s license to use the refunded Bonivade materials ends, subject to the Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee, the applicable Bonivade license terms, these Terms, and any mandatory statutory rights that apply.
If only a Commercial & Facilitator add-on or upgrade is refunded, only those commercial/facilitator rights end. Standard License rights remain only if the underlying Standard purchase remains valid and was not refunded.
If Team / Organization rights are refunded, cancelled, terminated, expired, or not renewed, those Team / Organization rights end.
These Terms do not rewrite the full refund rules. The detailed refund rules are controlled by the Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee.

12. Support route
For purchase, access, refund, and Practical Use Guarantee support, contact:
License interpretation, written permissions, broader rights, Commercial & Facilitator questions, and Team / Organization arrangements should use the route stated on the Contact page.
