Refund rules are controlled by the Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee.

A refund or Practical Use Guarantee request should include:

  • the purchase email address;

  • the order or receipt reference, if available;

  • the real application context;

  • a short explanation of how Bonivade was attempted;

  • a short explanation of why usable practical diagnostic value was not produced.

Simple non-use and change of mind are not covered by the Practical Use Guarantee unless mandatory statutory rights require otherwise.
