License Terms

These License Terms explain how you may use the Bonivade materials after purchase.

1. Standard License

When you purchase the base Bonivade product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Bonivade materials under the Standard License unless broader license rights are included in the applicable offer, checkout wording, license option, paid add-on, upgrade, or written agreement.
The Standard License allows one purchaser / one individual user to use the Bonivade materials for the permitted uses described below.
If a company, agency, team, or organization purchases Bonivade, the Standard License still applies as a one-user license unless broader license rights are included in the applicable offer, checkout wording, license option, paid add-on, upgrade, or written agreement. Section 7 explains the team-wide and agency-wide boundaries.

2. What the license covers

The Standard License covers the downloadable Bonivade Buyer Resistance System package delivered at the time of purchase.

The v1.1 delivery package is identified as buyer-resistance-system-v1-1.zip and is described as one downloadable ZIP package containing:

Buyer Resistance System (PDF);
Buyer Resistance System Images (JPEG);
Offline Reader (HTML);
Buyer Resistance System Text (TXT);
AI System Audit Command (TXT);
AI Card Audit Command (TXT).

3. Permitted use

Under the Standard License, you may use the Bonivade materials to understand, diagnose, audit, and improve real pages, offers, messages, buyer flows, checkout steps, sales conversations, getting-started experiences, or other real purchase-decision points.

You may use the materials for your own work, your own business, or your own professional activity.

You may also use the materials in a limited consultant/client context, subject to Section 4.

4. Limited consultant/client use

If you are a consultant, freelancer, marketer, agency operator, or service provider, you may use Bonivade to analyze, audit, or improve client/customer materials as part of your own professional work.

This permission allows you to share your own work product, conclusions, recommendations, audit results, or implementation guidance created from permitted use of Bonivade.

It does not allow you to give, share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, repackage, transfer, or deliver the Bonivade materials themselves to a client/customer as a standalone product, standalone asset, internal client resource, training product, template pack, prompt library, or system, except as expressly allowed in these License Terms.

5. AI tool use

You may use the Bonivade prompts and materials with AI tools for permitted analysis and execution support on your own or client/customer materials.

You may use or input Bonivade content in AI tools only to the extent needed for permitted use under the Standard License.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms, privacy settings, data-handling rules, and confidentiality requirements of any AI tool you use.

You may not use Bonivade materials to train, fine-tune, build, package, sell, sublicense, distribute, or create competing tools, datasets, prompt libraries, products, systems, frameworks, courses, software, automations, or commercial resources based on Bonivade materials.

6. Prohibited use

You may not:

resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, upload publicly, or give away the Bonivade materials;
repackage the Bonivade materials as your own product, service, library, course, template pack, prompt pack, framework, software, or system;
include the Bonivade materials in a paid or free product, marketplace listing, membership, client deliverable, internal client resource, team library, or agency resource library;
make the Bonivade materials available to a team, agency, organization, client, customer, community, or public audience unless broader license rights are included in the applicable offer, checkout wording, license option, paid add-on, upgrade, or written agreement;
use the Bonivade materials to create, train, fine-tune, build, package, sell, license, sublicense, or distribute a competing product, tool, system, prompt library, dataset, framework, course, software, automation, or commercial resource;
remove ownership notices, licensing notices, or other rights information from the materials;
claim ownership of the Bonivade materials or present the Bonivade System as your own system.

7. No team-wide or agency-wide license

The Standard License is not a team license, agency license, multi-seat license, marketplace license, subscription license, or redistribution license.

Team/internal sharing, agency-wide use, client redistribution, multi-user use, marketplace use, resale, sublicensing, and repackaging are not included unless broader license rights are included in the applicable offer, checkout wording, license option, paid add-on, upgrade, or written agreement.

8. Commercial & Facilitator License as separate license

Bonivade may offer broader Commercial & Facilitator License rights as a license option, paid add-on, upgrade, commercial offer, checkout option, or written commercial license arrangement.

The Commercial & Facilitator License applies only if those rights are included in the applicable Bonivade offer, checkout wording, license option, paid add-on, upgrade, or written agreement.

The Standard License does not include facilitator, workshop, course, team-training, public teaching, agency-wide, or broader commercial-use rights.

Any rights, limits, permitted uses, prohibited uses, seats, audience scope, delivery scope, teaching scope, facilitator scope, commercial-use scope, or client-use scope under a Commercial & Facilitator License are controlled only by the applicable commercial license terms, checkout wording, offer, license option, paid add-on, upgrade, or written agreement.

Nothing in this section allows resale, redistribution, sublicensing, white-labeling, repackaging, public upload, competing products, datasets, prompt libraries, or transfer of Bonivade materials unless expressly allowed in the applicable Commercial & Facilitator License terms, offer, license option, paid add-on, upgrade, or written agreement.

9. Team / Organization License as separate license

Bonivade may offer broader Team / Organization License rights as a license option, team or organization offer, multi-seat arrangement, paid add-on, checkout option, or written agreement.

The Team / Organization License applies only if those rights are included in the applicable Bonivade offer, checkout wording, license option, team or organization arrangement, paid add-on, or written agreement.

The Standard License does not include team-wide, organization-wide, agency-wide, multi-seat, employee self-use, internal resource/library use, or independent internal multi-user rights.

Any rights, limits, permitted uses, prohibited uses, covered users, seats, licensed scope, internal resource/library scope, team scope, agency scope, organization scope, access-control duties, or employee-use rights under a Team / Organization License are controlled only by the applicable Team / Organization License terms, checkout wording, offer, license option, team or organization arrangement, paid add-on, or written agreement.

Nothing in this section allows resale, redistribution, sublicensing, white-labeling, repackaging, public upload, external client redistribution, competing products, datasets, prompt libraries, or transfer of Bonivade materials unless expressly allowed in the applicable Team / Organization License terms, offer, license option, team or organization arrangement, paid add-on, or written agreement.

10. No transfer of ownership

Purchasing Bonivade gives you a license to use the purchased materials under these License Terms.

It does not transfer ownership of the Bonivade System, the Bonivade materials, the card logic, the prompts, the PDF, the image files, the offline reader, the text files, the source materials, the brand, or any intellectual property rights not expressly granted to you.

11. No included future-access rights

The Standard License covers the downloadable v1.1 package delivered at the time of purchase.

Unless included in the applicable Bonivade offer, checkout wording, license option, paid add-on, upgrade, or written agreement, the Standard License does not include:

future updates;
future versions;
replacement files;
revised files;
expanded files;
expanded content;
hosted access;
Bonivade customer dashboard or purchase-account access;
subscription access;
lifetime access;
ongoing file access;
ongoing support;
future AI prompt updates;
future card updates;
future system revisions;
new formats;
new delivery platforms;
future product expansion.

12. Refunds and license effect

Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy. These License Terms do not create a separate refund right.

If a refund is issued for a base Bonivade purchase governed by the Standard License, the customer’s license to use the refunded Bonivade materials ends, and the customer must stop using those materials, subject to the Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee, the Terms of Purchase, these License Terms, any applicable broader license terms, and any mandatory statutory rights that apply.

Refund effects for Commercial & Facilitator rights, add-ons, upgrades, Team / Organization rights, or written arrangements are controlled by the applicable Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee, applicable license terms, offer, checkout wording, or written agreement.

Any refund-related effect on download links, order access, order status, access records, or related platform behavior may depend on the applicable purchase and refund process.
