This Team / Organization License explains the broader internal-use rights that apply when Team / Organization License rights are included in an applicable Team / Organization arrangement.

This license is separate from the Standard License and the Commercial & Facilitator License.

For purposes of this page, “applicable Team / Organization arrangement” means the applicable team or organization offer, multi-seat arrangement, written agreement, or, where expressly offered by Bonivade, a fixed checkout or team package, including any related checkout wording, license option, or paid add-on, but only if it clearly defines the applicable seats, licensed scope, license term, renewal or expiration rules, access-control responsibilities, and included or excluded rights.

1. Status of this license

The Team / Organization License is a separate higher license level for independent internal multi-user use.

It applies only if those rights are expressly included in the applicable Team / Organization arrangement.

The Standard License and the Commercial & Facilitator License do not include Team / Organization License rights unless the applicable Team / Organization arrangement expressly grants those rights.

2. Relationship to other Bonivade licenses

Bonivade license architecture has three levels:

Standard License — individual/default use by one purchaser / one individual user.
Commercial & Facilitator License — commercial and facilitated use by one named license holder / facilitator.
Team / Organization License — independent internal multi-user use by covered users within the licensed scope.

The Team / Organization License grants broader internal-use rights only to the extent stated in the applicable Team / Organization arrangement.

Where this Team / Organization License does not expressly grant a broader right, the Standard License restrictions, Commercial & Facilitator License restrictions where applicable, and other Bonivade terms continue to apply.

3. License activation and proof

This license becomes valid only when the customer has a purchase record, checkout record, order record, team or organization offer, multi-seat arrangement, fixed team package, or written agreement that expressly includes Team / Organization License rights and identifies or incorporates the applicable Team / Organization arrangement.

A base Bonivade purchase, product download, receipt, or possession of the Bonivade materials does not by itself prove or create Team / Organization License rights.

The customer is responsible for keeping the relevant receipt, checkout record, order record, license-option record, paid-add-on record, team/organization offer, multi-seat arrangement, fixed team package, or written agreement that expressly evidences Team / Organization License rights or forms part of the applicable Team / Organization arrangement.

If there is uncertainty about whether this license applies, Bonivade may require relevant license evidence before recognizing Team / Organization License rights.

4. Licensed scope

The Team / Organization License applies only within the scope stated in the applicable Team / Organization arrangement.

The licensed scope may be defined by:

named seats;
a specified team;
a specified department;
a specified agency;
a specified company or organization;
another agreed license structure stated in the applicable Team / Organization arrangement.

The default model is named seats unless the applicable Team / Organization arrangement expressly provides broader team, department, agency, organization-wide, or other scope.

Named seats may not be shared, rotated, used as concurrent-user access, or used by more than one person unless the applicable Team / Organization arrangement expressly allows seat reassignment, floating access, concurrent-user access, or another seat model.

5. Covered users

Only covered users within the licensed scope may use Bonivade under this Team / Organization License.

Covered users may include named employees, staff members, agency members, department members, or other users only if they are included in the applicable Team / Organization arrangement. Contractors or consultants count as covered users only if they are expressly included and only while acting within the licensed organization’s authorized internal scope.

Seat reassignment, contractor use, affiliate use, agency staff use, or use by additional users applies only if allowed by the applicable Team / Organization arrangement. Client or customer staff do not receive rights under the licensed organization’s Team / Organization License unless the applicable Team / Organization arrangement expressly includes them and, where client-facing or independent client use is involved, expressly combines Team / Organization rights with Commercial & Facilitator rights or Bonivade separately agrees in writing.

Users outside the licensed scope do not receive rights under this license.

6. Permitted internal use

Covered users may use Bonivade internally within the licensed scope for internal business, team, agency, company, department, or organization purposes.

Permitted internal use may include:

internal diagnosis;
internal audits;
internal planning;
internal reviews;
internal recommendations;
internal implementation work;
internal training;
team alignment;
internal workflows;
internal decision-making around pages, offers, buyer flows, checkout steps, sales conversations, or getting-started experiences.

This license allows covered users to use Bonivade themselves within the licensed scope for internal use only. It does not include external client delivery, public distribution, resale, sublicensing, or external client redistribution rights unless the applicable Team / Organization arrangement expressly includes Commercial & Facilitator rights or Bonivade separately agrees in writing.

7. Internal resource and library use

Bonivade materials may be stored, accessed, or made available internally only within the licensed scope and only for covered users.

Internal resource or library use may include controlled internal access through approved internal systems, folders, resource libraries, knowledge bases, LMS, Notion, Drive, or similar internal locations, only where allowed by the applicable Team / Organization arrangement.

Internal availability does not create rights to share Bonivade outside the licensed organization, outside the covered users, or outside the licensed scope.

The licensed organization must use reasonable internal access controls to keep Bonivade materials limited to covered users.

8. Agency and client-work boundary

The Team / Organization License provides internal multi-user use only.

If the customer is an agency, service business, consultancy, or other client-facing organization, this license does not include clientfacing commercial use unless the applicable Team / Organization arrangement expressly includes Commercial & Facilitator rights.

Client-facing commercial use, facilitated client sessions, paid client audits, client reports, public teaching, webinars, or broader commercial delivery rights are included only if the applicable Team / Organization arrangement combines Team / Organization rights with Commercial & Facilitator rights or Bonivade separately agrees in writing.

If the applicable Team / Organization arrangement combines both license types, it must say so expressly, for example as a Team / Organization License with Commercial & Facilitator Rights.

9. Training and employee use

Covered users may receive internal training and may use Bonivade independently within the licensed scope.

Training participants or employees outside the licensed scope do not receive rights to access, copy, store, use, or continue using Bonivade materials.

Internal training materials may be used only within the licensed scope and only for covered users.

Internal training must not become public teaching, public display, client redistribution, external training, marketplace use, or a reusable external course, template pack, prompt library, dataset, software product, automation, or competing product unless the applicable Team / Organization arrangement expressly includes Commercial & Facilitator rights or Bonivade separately allows that use in writing.

The customer, covered users, or licensed organization may not describe themselves as Bonivade-approved, Bonivade-certified, an official Bonivade partner, or officially authorized by Bonivade unless Bonivade separately grants that permission in writing.

10. External distribution restrictions

The Team / Organization License does not allow the customer, covered users, or licensed organization to:

resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly upload, white-label, repackage, or transfer Bonivade materials outside the licensed scope;
present Bonivade as the customer’s, organization’s, agency’s, team’s, or user’s own system;
remove ownership notices, licensing notices, or rights information;
create a derivative methodology that substitutes for Bonivade;
create prompt libraries, datasets, AI training materials, fine-tuning materials, software, automations, GPT wrappers, SaaS products, tools, frameworks, commercial resources, or competing products based on Bonivade materials;
turn Bonivade cards, texts, AI command files, logic, examples, screenshots, files, or system materials into public course materials, client resource packs, downloadable resources, template packs, internal products for unlicensed users, or reusable external training systems;
give clients, customers, vendors, partners, public audiences, or users outside the licensed scope independent rights to use Bonivade unless Bonivade expressly allows that use in a separate offer or written agreement.

11. No transfer of ownership

Bonivade remains owned by Bonivade.

This license grants broader internal use rights only. It does not transfer ownership of the Bonivade System, Bonivade materials, card logic, system logic, text, AI command files, files, images, offline reader, brand, or intellectual property rights.

12. Confidentiality and access control

The licensed organization is responsible for managing covered-user access, maintaining reasonable internal controls, permission settings, and access management, and keeping internal access consistent with the applicable Team / Organization arrangement.

If the applicable Team / Organization arrangement identifies a license administrator, responsible contact, or internal owner, the licensed organization is responsible for keeping that role or contact reasonably current.

The licensed organization must use reasonable internal controls to prevent access by users, teams, clients, customers, contractors, affiliates, or third parties outside the licensed scope, and must take reasonable steps to correct or disable access outside the licensed scope where reasonably controllable.

13. AI tool use

Covered users may use Bonivade with AI tools only for permitted internal analysis, internal workflows, and internal implementation work within the licensed scope.

The customer and covered users are responsible for AI tool terms, privacy settings, confidentiality obligations, internal data policies, and any restrictions that apply to the materials or content used with an AI tool. Client or customer data may be used with AI tools only where the customer may lawfully use that data for its own internal business purposes under its own responsibility, or where the applicable Team / Organization arrangement expressly includes client-facing Commercial & Facilitator rights.

This license does not allow AI training, fine-tuning, dataset building, GPT wrappers, automations, SaaS products, reusable tool creation, prompt libraries, or competing products based on Bonivade materials.

14. No guaranteed results, support, or future access

This license does not guarantee business outcomes, revenue, conversion improvements, team performance, client outcomes, workshop results, profit, operational improvement, customer results, or any specific commercial or internal result.

Unless separately stated in the applicable Bonivade terms, checkout wording, license option, paid add-on, upgrade, applicable offer, applicable Team / Organization arrangement, or written agreement, this license does not include:

future updates;
future versions;
replacement files;
revised files;
expanded files;
expanded content;
hosted access;
Bonivade customer dashboard or purchase-account access;
subscription access;
lifetime access;
ongoing file access;
ongoing support;
future AI command-file updates;
future card updates;
future system revisions;
new formats;
new delivery platforms;
future product expansion.

15. Refund, termination, and license effect

Team / Organization rights apply only for the annual or otherwise defined license term stated in the applicable Team / Organization arrangement. The applicable Team / Organization arrangement controls the license term, renewal, expiration, non-renewal effect, seat count, covered users, licensed scope, and any access-control responsibilities.

A defined license term does not by itself create subscription access, hosted access, future updates, ongoing support, lifetime access, ongoing file access, or any future-access right unless expressly stated in the applicable Bonivade terms, checkout wording, license option, paid add-on, upgrade, applicable offer, applicable Team / Organization arrangement, or written agreement.

Refund, cancellation, termination, expiration, or non-renewal effects are controlled by the applicable Refund Policy / Practical Use Guarantee, Terms of Purchase, checkout process, applicable Bonivade license terms, applicable Team / Organization arrangement, written agreement where applicable, and any mandatory statutory rights that apply.

If Team / Organization rights are refunded, terminated, expired, or no longer valid, the Team / Organization rights for that license arrangement end.

Covered users must stop using Bonivade materials outside any remaining valid license rights, and the licensed organization must remove or disable internal access where reasonably controllable, including access through internal folders, drives, knowledge bases, LMS, Notion or similar internal systems, internal resource libraries, and internal training materials, subject to applicable law, internal recordkeeping requirements, and platform realities.

When a covered user leaves the licensed scope, a contractor or consultant stops acting within the authorized internal scope, or a seat is reassigned or removed, the licensed organization is responsible for keeping access aligned with the remaining valid licensed scope where reasonably controllable.

If a customer has another valid Bonivade license, any remaining rights depend only on that separate valid license and the applicable Bonivade terms.

16. Conflicts and order of control

This Team / Organization License controls only the broader internal multi-user rights expressly granted by the applicable Team / Organization arrangement.

Where this license does not grant a broader right, Standard License restrictions and other applicable Bonivade restrictions continue to apply.

If the applicable Team / Organization arrangement includes combined Commercial & Facilitator rights, those rights apply only within the scope stated there.

For Team / Organization arrangements, the intended order of control is: first, any specific written agreement signed or expressly accepted by Bonivade; second, any specific team or organization offer or multi-seat arrangement expressly issued or accepted by Bonivade; third, any fixed checkout or team package only if it clearly defines the applicable seats, licensed scope, license term, renewal or expiration rules, and included or excluded rights; and fourth, this public Team / Organization License page as the default fallback for broader internal multi-user rights.

If there is a conflict between this page and a specific written agreement signed or expressly accepted by Bonivade for a Team / Organization License, the specific written agreement controls for that licensed arrangement.
